2 x Part Time Receptionist’s – Bolton – North West – Private Physiotherapy Clinic

We are ideally looking for 2, dedicated Part Time Receptionist for a professional private Physiotherapy clinic in Bolton and occasionally in Whitefield.

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients, therefore you must have a friendly and welcoming personality with a professional approach to work.  Your main role will be to ensure the successful running of the front desk.  Your duties will involve greeting clients into the practice, taking appointments both face to face and over the telephone and booking them onto our practice software package. Typing patient reports, invoicing, receiving and logging payments, scanning, emailing, client management, filing, other general administration and maintaining the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.  You may be required to undertake additional work requested by the Practice Manager or Physiotherapist.

Days and Hours of employment approximately between the hours

Mondays 4-8.30pm, Tuesday 3-8pm Thursdays 3-8pm &

Saturday 8.30-12.30.

(Hours are dependent on clinic volume)

These days will be split between the candidates

Ideally the candidates will be able to cover holidays at our Bolton & Whitefield clinics.
