November Lockdown Clinic Changes

Our Bolton Clinic will remain open, however our Whitefield clinic will be closed until restrictions on the opening of gyms are lifted.

We know that many of our valued patients like yourself have been wondering how this November lockdown will affect our clinics.  We are happy to be able to announce that our Bolton clinic will remain open, however our Whitefield clinic will close until restrictions on gyms are lifted.

Our clients from Whitefield are more than welcome to join us at our Bolton clinic or book in for a virtual Session

We will be offering both virtual consultations and face to face appointments. Our current policy on Face to Face appointments can be found here including all our infection control procedures.

Details about our virtual consultations can be found by clicking this link.

We will  be operating at the reduced opening hours below:
Monday 08:30 -17:00
Tuesday 08:30 – 17:00

Wednesday 14:00-17:00

Thursday 08:30 – 17:00
Friday 08:30 – 17:00

We will also be able to offer Home Visits on a Tuesday and Thursday evening after 5pm and Saturday morning.

Given our reduced opening hours there are fewer later appointments available than normal so please do get in touch as soon as possible to arrange your appointment and avoid any disappointment.

You can make a virtual or face to face appointment by either calling us on 0800 6191 261, emailing us at info@activeclinics.com or using our 24/7 online booking service.

Please note that all patients will be required to answer our Covid-19 screening questions and give informed consent prior to attending for a face to face appointment.

Also, please make sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook where you will find us posting lots of helpful physio, health and exercise related resources along with any special offers and discounts.

We will resume our normal working practice from both clinics including our evening and weekend clinic appointments when restrictions on gyms are lifted, we will be in touch again once we have further news on when this will be.

Kind Regards
