Emily O’Grady

Physiotherapist

READ INFORMATION

I graduated from the University of Salford in 2020. For three years after graduating I worked as a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS, giving me extensive experience in treating patients in all levels of care. Since 2022 I have worked as a specialist MSK physiotherapist and have continued to grow my skill set and knowledge through treating patients within this role.

I have an active interest in progressive and effective rehab that takes the patient from start to finish. I especially have an interest and experience in treating pre-and postnatal patients that struggle with pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, and carpal tunnel syndrome as well as pelvic floor weakness.

I believe in practising what I preach and have an active lifestyle. I especially love running, resistance training and Pilates. A professional goal of mine is to rehab patients back to a point post injury where they can return to sports and activities they enjoy.

The treatment has helped the pain I had experienced after my car accident. It is now a lot better and the physiotherapist was great, he gave me exercises to do at home which has helped my injuries to heal a great deal. All in all a fantastic service start to finish. Thank you.
